Can a Movie Be "Too Stupid?"

I'm trying to decide if it's possible for a movie to be so incredibly idiotic that it actually reduces the intelligence of it's viewers...

Note that "Jackass The Movie" is playing in the other room and that's where this is coming from.

But movies like Clerks and Napolean Dynamite also fall into this catagory...
